Eversince, our company has decided to obtain ISO certification, we have many procedures that needs to be revised. Me as a senior is the office, obviously need to behave and show a good image to juniors, and i was instructed to correct the juniors should they are not following procedures. However, I couldn't get supports from these junior staff and yet have someone lead the team and slowy created politics in the office. Now the gals are boycott me...sigh.
Anyway, this is their choice and I can't do much . They want to boycott me , meaning they are boycott the management decision..so at the end of the day , who gets it.
I'm lucky that I've a very supportive boss and he is always there for me when im in trouble.
For this issue, he decided to make a big change on the restructuring and hopefully this changes can resolve the office politics.
But myself and another colleague will have tough time becos she is the leader who created this politics which is a very bad things she have done. She not only a bad colleague, she is also a bad mother who can just leave the son being abused by the husband without any cares. She always complaint that her son gave them a lot problems, complaint her son is fake and like to act pityful in front of outsider..for god sake her son is only 4yrs old..how can he act.If this is true, then she should feel proud cos his son can be a famous actor one day when he grows up.
She is the person who do not accept her own faults. Always push the blame to others. This is another personallity that i really dislike it. So, I've approached her by writing email telling her that we need to draw a line between both us as a solely colleague. I even told her to using my mom to fetch her kids as my other colleague do not make use of my mom to serve their family.
She obviously disagreed with me and rather rude towards me. She even blamed me being childish and mess up her kids and make myself happy..after seeing her accuse, i just can't stop laughing and think how can she so immature?? Anyway, i just never borther what she said. My intention is just want to breakoff the 'weird' relationship with her. Whether I need to bear the consequences or not, god will see it himself and i believed god will support my choice as the purpose is to stop worst scenario happen.
thank god, i've this chance to draw a line with this woman just be my normal colleague as I really do not wish she have any connection with my family as she is just too good to make use of other people. Just like her direct boss, being used by her till no more capability in the office. What a silly guy...which i rather pity him on this.
When he lost the power in the office, will see this woman slowly divert her satay fan to other people who can protect her..
a pity senior....
