Suddenly, I have the urge to update this cause I think this probably will be the last family trip that I'm going to organised. Why I said that? Well...is kind of tiring to do all these and I think I should let go and let others to take over. Who ?...God knows it.
Human is like that, when you so used to do it and everyone will assume is your role to do it and you have to do it. So, where is the appreciation ? Not that I have any expectation but I really don't see any appreciation from them. So, I start to think maybe they not so like my plan anymore ? Maybe they think they have better plan? Thus, before it turns sour is best to keep these sweet moment a stop here and keep the good memories within us.
Let's not brad too much about my feeling, lets see what we have done in Melbourne.
Flight by Air Asia - we booked this 1 year ahead and unfortunately due to election the school holidays has been delayed till 8th June. So we have no choice but to amend our tickets and cost a bomb to amend it . Our final air fare per pax is RM2375 (ALL In).
Day 1 - We reached in the morning and managed to get 2 x van at AUD120 from Tullamarine Airport to our rented apartment Quest Gordon Place Service Apartment at Little Bourke Street.
I like our apartment, good location , worth the value and comfortable. Love their classic English theme layout with modern internal design. We paid total RM4422.84 for 3 x 2 BR apartments. Is about RM1775.40 per family of 4 for entire stays 5D4.5N.
The entrance of the apartment.
Look at their classic design externally
Their classical lift..cool
The modern design internally. Is a 2 bedrooms apartment. They have complete kitchen utensils , dish washer, washing machine & dryer. Love it.
While waiting for our apartment to be ready, we walked around Chinatown which is only walking distance. We simply walk and eat around there till noon about 1pm. We had lunch with our auntie and uncle for dimsum lunch.
Picture with Auntie Kim and Uncle Barry.
Chinatown ..here we come. We ate a lot of their Chinese dumplings. Very tasty.

Our 1st meal at Melbourne. AUD1 coffee and AUD3 beef pie. Both are delicious.
Later part of the day, we tried their famous Vietnam flat noodles. Their soup is so yummy , the beef is so soft and fresh . Very crowded restaurant..
This is the shop we ate .
We had Chinese food for our dinner, we bought some Chinese dumplings and wine for our supper at our apartment to end our 1st day.
